§1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Godgivin online shop, operated by Justin Chiffi.

§2 Contracting Party

The purchase agreement is concluded with:

§3 Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding purchase offer.

§4 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices. Due to the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG), no sales tax is shown.
Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.

§5 Delivery

  • Delivery to all EU countries and Switzerland

  • Products are only produced individually after an order is placed (print-on-demand)

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days (depending on the country of delivery)

§6 Payment

The following payment methods are available:

§7 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§8 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

§9 Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is – where permissible – Germany.
