Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods,

• that are not prefabricated

• and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive

• or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs

➡️ Since all products at Godgivin are individually manufactured only after an order has been placed (print-on-demand), a revocation is excluded.

Withdrawal Period

For non-individualized products, the withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.
